This was excellent! It was similar to another Ron Miles gig I saw recently at Jazz Standard and just as good. I was blown away by each of the musicians at various times. I especially liked the Ornette cover, but the whole thing was awesome.
The drum solo at the end of the Ornette tune was amazing. It was very African. It was hard for me to stay seated for that one, very hard.
