Dumpstphunk @ Tips 5/3/09

What's jazzfest without at least one trip to Tipitina's? I also was hoping I would enjoy Dumpstaphunk more in NOLA, late night, with Skerik. Well, I did enjoy it more, but it was too crowded and not that much better. Skerik saved it from being a dud, but what was I missing Bustle for?
